OUR TEAM
Dr. Mitchell Cassel
Dr. Mitchell Cassel received both a B.S Degree and Doctorate of Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry after completing a B.S. Degree in Biology at Lehigh University.
Dr. Brandon Butler
A native Californian, Dr. Brandon Butler earned his Doctorate of Optometry and Physiological Optics degrees from UC Berkeley School of Optometry.
Dr. Sarah Klibanoff
Dr. Sarah Klibanoff has been practicing with Studio Optix since 2002. She graduated from Queens College summa cum laude and from SUNY Optometry School with top honors. Dr. Klibanoff was also inducted into Beta Sigma Kappa, the Optometric Honor Society.

Studio Optix is the only place for me now
Most thorough eye exam I’ve ever had. Learned so much about my eyes that doctors in the past have never mentioned.
And for the store, everything has a boutique feel. They have the most diverse selection of designer frames to choose from. This is nothing like the LensCrafters where I’m used to shopping. They have so many fashionable frames to choose from that pushed me out of my comfort zone. I feel so cool in my new glasses! Studio Optix is the only place for me now! Thanks, Adam!
Top of the Line
I have gone to Studio for the last 4-5 years. They are top of the line when it comes to technology. I recently had an eye issue and they got me in right away. The doctors are amazing!
When it comes to the glasses selection, they have normal designers, but more importantly unique designs from around the world. I recommend also asking for Mike. He’s helped me with the last few pair of lenses and frames. He has a great sense of style and fit. Very happy with my glasses.

They Take Insurance!
Studio Optix has a great selection of high end designer glasses (and affordable ones, too) like Loewe, Tom Ford, Chanel, and more and the best part is they take INSURANCE! They’re a full stop shop with the doctors and the glasses so you can get your rx and handle all the details w insurance for glasses right in the same spot.
Best selection in NYC and super fast and efficient without pushing anything on you that you don’t want (which most NYC shops will try to do!) we worked with Adam who was really efficient , knowledgeable, and gave us clear explanation of benefits and timelines for getting our glasses back
